Rachel very successfully negotiated the sale of an estate home for our family. From the first email she was professional, enthusiastic and totally in command. She informed me of all necessary details before the sale, kept me up to date on showings and negotiated an excellent outcome. I would recommend her to anyone who appreciates honesty and efficiency.

Rachel and Dave were incredible to work with in my hunt for my first property. They were quick to help me set up a portal and change it whenever needed so I could start scoping out places. Once I found a few that I wanted to check out, appointments were set up super fast. During the visits they were super knowledgeable when it came to thing to look at during the visit, why certain amenities would retain a better value for future resale, etc. It always felt like they had my best interest as their top priority and that was evident when we placed the offer on the property that I had won. We actually went in at a lower amount due to the offer situation and still won so they saved me some money! Will definitely recommend Rachel and Dave to anyone looking for stellar real estate representation.

Rachel was an absolute pleasure to deal with both in selling and purchasing my new home. I did have some ptsd from my last real estate agent and Rachel was extremely patient with me and we listed when I was ready. She walked me through the process and provided contacts to get the help needed to get my house ready to sell asap.

Rachel was accommodating, forthright and understanding. She helped us not only navigate the paperwork, but she also helped manage our expectations through our buying process when houses are being sold for significantly more than the listed price. Her partner Dave helped round out the service permitting us to view more houses in a shorter period of time. I can honestly say we would not have sold our old house for as much as we did had it not been for Rachels's negotiation ability. I can also say we could not have bought our new house if it was not for Dave's flexibility.

I know it sounds too good to be true, but Rachel was simply outstanding in every way possible. Can't say enough nice things about her!
