Check everything off your list and let Rachel step in and remove your selling worries! Rachel knows her stuff really well. She was able to sell our house in no-time, and was there to assist us every step of the way.She provided excellent advice on how to prepare the house for sale, developed the right strategy and set accurate pricing. Rachel used her networking to promote the house to other agents and prospective buyers, monitored very closely the booked showings to make sure that the required forms were submitted, and followed up with the other agents to get feedback after showings. After accepting the offer, she maintained close contact with us, the other agent and the lawyer to make sure that the closing was completed with no issues. If I were to resume my whole review to one word, that would be "Excellence!".

Rachel worked tirelessly to find us a condo with quite a wish list. It took us a couple of years but she never gave up or tried to push us into something we were not comfortable with. We have not purchased a property for many years but Rachel was there to assist in the whole process of the sale offering guidance and recommendation for completing the deal. Her calming personality is definitely a plus when things get stressful. When it came to selling our home, she was helpful to insuring the house looked it’s best by rearranging some things and bringing a few added accessories too.
