This is the third home we've purchased with Rachel (and she's sold two for us) and we couldn't be happier. Rachel is an exceptional real estate agent. She helped guide my sister and I through the sale of our condo. Prior to putting the condo up for sale, she meet with us about our expectations, the market, and gave advice about staging. She watched the market closely and timed the sale of our condo perfectly to be competitive. Our condo sold with multiple offers and she was excellent at helping us to negotiate the offers. Rachel is a very knowledgeable, patient and very personable agent. She showed me lots of houses when I was in the market for a new home and we found the perfect house. Rachel was able to negotiate the house for me against another offer, which was amazing. She also listed and sold my house within days and provided a home stager and offered the best advice. My lawyer said to me to "do whatever your agent tells you to do" and I did! Now that Rachel and her husband Dave are a team, clients will get twice the expertise and professionalism from them. I recommend Rachel to any family/friends thinking about selling/buying, which is the highest compliment/review you can give an agent, in my opinion.
