We simply followed all her instructions, and got 25K above asking - and she sold our home in one week! Throughout the process she was always available to answer any questions, helping us understand processes we were not very familiar with, and coordinating with other agents, buyers, our lawyers, and mortgage broker as needed to make sure everything moved forward without a hitch from end to end. This was our second time choosing Rachel as our agent, we've now bought two homes with her and sold one - when the time comes again, we will definitely be asking her to represent us once more.

We enlisted Rachel to sell our townhome. Rachel was very friendly, making sure that we were confident in her capabilities and provided several examples of her past work. Because we also had a toddler and a crazy busy schedule, Rachel was very accommodating to us, often coming in the evenings and when we were at work so as not to trouble us much in the house preparation process.
