I really appreciate  the work of Mr. Ranjit Nijjar and Sony Singh. From day 1 their work ethics just amazed us. They were always on time , they were confidant for the work they are doing and the price they would fetch us. Their Planning, Renovating , Photography, Staging and Execution Team is just amazing. We had planned a budget that we thought would be needed to upgrade the house to sell at good price, but Ranjiit and Sony decreased our renovation budget to 1/3 and sold our house for the desired amount. The biggest investment of our life was our house so we planned to hire top guys for selling it. After our house got sold in just 1 week of listing , we thank God for the Angels they sent for us in form of Ranjit Nijjar and Sony Singh. The whole process from start to finish was so stress free that it feels so unreal. They will be our Realtors for life. In the end i would highly recommend them for your Selling , Buying or Investment Deals as their Experiance is Unmatched.

Ranjit and Sony are rare to find realtors. I was driving around in Caledon and saw his sign board in front of a similar peppery to ours that was sold for a great price. In today’s unclear real estate market, it was a pleasant surprise. Then I did research on them and requested a meeting. I also met with other realtors but Ranjit and Sony stood out from others. They are no nonsense and extremely professional guys. There’s a difference between confidence and aggressive. Ranjit and Sony are confident. They paid attention to the uniqueness of our home and provided several suggestions. I really think it’s their feedbacks that helped us sell our home at a price that we like, in today’s market. I loved their staging. They sold our home in just 3 days for a great price. When I was skeptic about giving a counter offer, Ranjit, with his professional expertise, advised me to go forward with the counter offer and got it approved.
