I recently worked with Reanna Neill to buy a home in Edmonton after moving from Toronto, and I’m extremely glad I chose her as my realtor. I had never been to Edmonton before, and the entire process was handled remotely while I was still living in Toronto. That was a bit overwhelming at first, but Reanna made it as smooth and stress-free as it could possibly be. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, what I was worried about, and what mattered most to me in a new city. Reanna walked me through different neighborhoods virtually, explained the feel of each area, and gave very honest, practical advice. It never felt like she was just trying to “close a deal.” She sent detailed listings, videos, and context so I could make informed decisions without being here in person. Any time I had questions, she responded quickly, clearly, and with a lot of patience. What really stood out was how thorough and caring she was. She made sure I understood every step of the process, from offer to closing, and kept me updated the entire way. By the time the home closed and I finally moved to Edmonton, I already felt confident about the place and the neighborhood, even though I hadn’t physically seen it before. If you’re moving to Edmonton from another city or province and need to handle everything remotely, I highly recommend Reanna Neill.
