Reed was fantastic in helping my fiancé and I buy our first home together. We were moving across the country from Vancouver to Ottawa, so there were obstacles in terms of viewing listings, but Reed handled things on our behalf in a way that we were confident he was looking out for us. He wasn't shy to be hands on and prompt with any task we had while being out of province, including helping us do viewings, and get a last minute inspection during a short visit where we made an offer. He clearly carries his professionalism and personable attributes to the negotiations with other agents as well. He was able to get us within our budget on a place listed well above, which we were not sure would be possible.
