When we approached Gyanesh Paliwal with our objective to sell, he held several rounds of discussions with us on real estate market trends, in GTA in general and our residential area in particular, with Comparative Market Analysis (of the similar houses recently sold and for sale in our area) to help us determine the right list price and approach. Once we were on board to work with him to list our house at the agreed price, Gyanesh led the entire process with his years of experience and his personal interest - from helping us prepare the house for listing with extensive renovation at competitive cost. First of all, Team Paliwal, and with the help of Amrit Varma, were very honest and upfront which I liked a lot about him. My experience looking and purchasing the property was broad at first and he was able to narrow down to something of my liking. Also, Amrit was easy to contact and he would share his knowledge about things that I didn’t know or was unsure of which allowed me to be able to make an informed decision based on what I wanted and needed.
