I had a house I wanted to sell, but I was still mid-renovation - a bit of a handyman special. Renata and her assistant came through, looked at everything, and clearly explained my options. I could either touch up a few things and list it as-is, or finish all the renovations. She walked me through the pros and cons and helped me make a plan. Her team did the work to prep the house, and after the photos and measurements, I told her I wasn't excited about having a lot of strangers walking through for showings. She really listened. Renata made a few calls and brought in an investor the *same day* - and I got an offer that was even more than I hoped for. The closing date worked perfectly for me, and I didn't have to worry about a parade of people through my home. Within 2 weeks of first meeting Renata, everything was taken care of. Good communication, solid advice, good knowledge of renovations and real estate values.

My challenge... Renata helped me to sell my house... That went quick and smooth so I needed to move, but I couldn't pay first and last month's rent until the sale closed - and I had move out first, to close the sale of my house... Renata didn't blink. As a landlord she knew exactly what was needed. She helped me with all the paperwork to apply for the rental I wanted, she arranged things so that the property management company had the guarantee needed. Not only did she sell my house quickly, but she also helped me secure my new place. Her experience, care, and calm guidance made all the difference. Can't thank her enough.

7 stars, but website does not allow. After a great earlier experience with Renata, we begged her to be our realtor for our next purchase. Knowing us for several years and understanding what we were looking for; She kept us up to date on new listings and informed us on the market. She then drove several hours each time to show us all the properties we liked. Her keen eye during showings is incredibly valuable, and she honestly always identifies various pros and cons, that we would definitely have missed otherwise. She arrives at each showing loaded with all the relevant research information for each property and is fully equipped with test-tools when needed to confirm findings. Her background in renovations and design is very valuable knowledge.. She concluded a very tough negotiation with the seller to secure a deal that fitted within our budget, area and our wishlist. Always professional, lots of patience and a wealth of know-how! I can go on and on, but this lady is the best Realtor ever, and we will recommend her without hesitation. You will not be disappointed.

7 stars, but website does not allow. This was our second experience with Renata, and there aren’t enough words to adequately describe the excellent service provided by this dynamo of a person. She seems to be powered by an inexhaustible internal nuclear power source, as she is constantly on the go, with emails and text messages to our frequent changes of requests… always responding quick at all times of day. When we were thinking to make some changes to our house; Renata provided great design advice with nicely blending colours, which turned out beautiful. Before listing our house, She and her team came in to stage it and that too made a massive difference to the appeal. Her marketing with great photos/ videos/reels and drone footage was top notch. Even in a slower market, She was able to negotiate the best deal.. During the whole process, Renata made things look really easy and smooth for us and she was always available to provide helpful information before, during and after the sale. Renata goes far above and beyond, there is just no limit to the effort she takes to help. And always with a smile!. We cannot recommend her highly enough, it is not a joke, “You don’t need a realtor, you need a Renata!

Renata has been our go to for years now and she puts 100% into everything and she yields 100% results. Truly words fall short when trying to praise Renata. You'll always feel like her most important client and she will drop everything in the interest of her clients. I've messaged her at 3am while at work with a "just get back to me when ever" and at 3:05 she's calling or texting back.
