I rarely leave online reviews, but I would like to take the time to do so because the world needs to know who Renata Kaijser is... and simply put she is 1 in 7 billion! As hard as and as challenging buying a new home is, moving to a new city + buying a first home + starting a new job and everything else from scratch + living in constant anxiety is a whole new level challenging for me. Simply put - I wouldn't have done it, and come out in one piece without Renata! This woman was sent from the heavens to help me go through this and words are not enough to explain how grateful I am for her coming into my life. I got a new job opportunity in a new city where i knew exactly 2 people, but buying a house here was actually affordable in comparison to the big metropolitan city where we lived. I met Renata through FB, and she took on the challenge with us. She found, me and my little boy, a place to rent when we first arrived and while searching. All furnished, comfortable and safe, i didn't have to do a thing she took care of it all. Then the big house search started. I am a first time buyer, had no idea what I was doing or looking for, Renata took the time to study and figure out what we liked, what we didn't, what our need were and guided me to neighbourhoods I preferred to be in. She took everything in consideration, (even when I wasn't) She held my hand through this difficult and yet exciting process. Although me having extreme anxieties and panic attacks, she didn't let go, she stood by my side, kind and wise, full of compassion and patience. So much was happening in my life that at times I was falling apart, but she still held my hand and had my back. She was not only my realtor and my landlord, she was an anchor and a shoulder to lean on, she was... And is a true friend! She even brought medicine for me when I came down with a cold and took a video for me to show the houses we had booked to see that day. And just like that after 2 months of intensive search and seeing multiple houses we found our dream home, in the neighbourhood that we wanted, within the price I could afford. Despite the multiple offers on the home, Renata worked really hard, and she made it all happen for us! She guided me and advised me through the whole process. She is an expert in what she does and beyond and she does it with passion is truly committed. Always genuine and authentic, honest and kind, and she always looked after what was in my best interest. She is one of the most amazing human beings I have ever met in my life, I am forever grateful ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

I have never had any dealings buying or selling a home so didn't know what to expect. Renata was excellent to explain everything to me. She was always positive, up beat and told me not to worry, she would take care of everything which installed confidence in me. She said she would sell the trailer and did. I found her to be honest, caring and dedicated. A person who had my best interest at heart. Renata went above and beyond what I expected. I appreciated all she did and thank her for her hard work.

Always lots of insights and helpful information. Her marketing, staging arrangements and negotiation skills sold my property beyond what I was expecting and made the process really smooth despite a crazy market.
