Ricardo Ameerali was a godsend in helping us sell our home after we relocated to the US. His transparent and honest approach were crucial in establishing the trust relationship we needed to feel comfortable selling our home without being present in the country. Every step of the way Ricardo was clear about both the risks and next steps, taking the time to educate us and enable us to make well informed decisions. Our situation was further complicated by the tenancy agreement we had in place. Ricardo’s personable and relationship focused approach shone through in his dealing with both our tenants and prospective buyers. <p>Talk about an ideal realtor and Ricardo Ameerali is the one and only on my list. He has been absolutely in tune to our needs and wants. I was amazed at the quick response times, updates, and willingness to drop everything when timing called for it. He treated us like we were the only clients even though he was constantly multitasking and forging new paths. His communication is open to the point of relationship building, yet professional to the point of revealing trustworthiness and integrity. He made our last-minute offer not only happen but lead to the purchase of our dream home even though we were 30 grand under the top bid. I had no idea such a realtor even existed, and I speak from plenty of experience.<br /> Getting our current house ready for sale became a whirlwind affair that we couldn't have realized without Ricardo's expertise. We had a week to paint, declutter, ship off to storage, thrift shops or junk, and struggle to retain sanity, with a baby who rejected our schedules. At the height of the turmoil Ricardo's love interest, Liece, came over and in two hours had all 4 adults agreeing on how to stage, using our own furniture. Ninety more minutes of her time and staging was accomplished, beyond belief. Even our neighbours were shocked by the speed at which we went from staying put forever to listing our house. Needing to sell after purchasing is stressful enough for the young, but I only recommend it if you are at least young at heart and have Ricardo at your side and back. We had less than three months to complete but each day feels like a week and a week becomes a month. Ricardo confidently assured me with every step that he would sell our house. In the course of two weeks he steered us through an offer followed by a backup offer, which came in handy because it became the final offer that sealed the deal. To boot, two other parties were waiting in line with further offers and one future showing had to be cancelled. Receiving the deposit receipt allowed me to immediately turn my imagination back to the future - our new dream home. Thank you Ricardo and Liece. We couldn't have done it without you. Responsiveness, Value Ricardo is an exceptional realtor! My husband and I had a great time working with him. He offered excellent customer service by catering to all of our needs, exceededing our expectations. Ricardo offered many valuable insights and guided us patiently from the beginning to the end. Ricardo was not my first choice real estate agent as I was recommended another individual by a close friend but I am thrilled it did not work out as they were terrible and only interested in a quick buck whereas Ricardo was outstanding!!! Ricardo did not shy away from any aspect of the process, my partner and I were far apart on what we felt was the right direction to go in and what was realistic but he listened to both of us, brought us together and then delivered the goods exceptionally well! The first properties we viewed were on a snow day, I thought Ricardo may bail because of the weather but no, he forged on and even picked up my partner from our home to help logistically on what was a terrible day to be on the road. My partner was not familiar with many of the metro areas of the lower mainland and she was anxious about some of the areas but Ricardo showed all all the good and bad areas, he drove us around all afternoon looking at all of the potential neighbourhoods. this brought us together and narrowed down our targets as a couple. The next viewings we did we found the perfect first home, he put the offer in straight away and boom we were successful. we secured the property at 25,000 less then it was bought for last time. We knew that Ricardo had bigger deals to manage as well but at no point did we feel like we were not his most important clients! Ricardo put all of the necessary protections in the offer so we were not on the hook for a lot of money if things went South! There were a couple of moments I needed to hear his reassuring words and he assured me if things did not work out we would just forge on and get something better! Ricardo has a network of hungry young professionals who all made the process so much easier and I was pretty much able to manage the whole process from my desktop any day of the week Monday to Sunday! I have no qualms recommending Ricardo, he is hard working, diligent, loves what he does, genuine and he makes Sure that everyone wins which is the most important part of any trade. He and his network are a similar age profile to me and my partner and I cannot wait for years of mutual success.
