I am generally a risk averse person and that is why when I first spoke with him, I expressed that I wished to look for my first home but, within 1-to-2-year time frame. In taking the time to know my preferences and objectives, Ricardo was respectful and agreed to work with me based on those terms. Only about a month after that initial discussion, Ricardo helped me secure a home that met my lifestyle and needs in a desirable area of Vancouver that I had previously thought was inaccessible to me. At no point, in my working with Ricardo did I feel rushed, pressured, or uninformed. In fact, the reason for the unanticipated acceleration in timeline was because Ricardo took the time to educate me and understand my needs. This played a key role in balancing my expectations and comfort levels with the realities of the market. He also helped to build my confidence by seeing to it that I would be surround by a team of experienced professionals who always had my best interest in mind. Ricardo’s ability in maintaining a balance of transparency and professionalism all the while, ensuring that all the nitty-gritty details were accounted for was seamless. This was a significant factor in creating an environment where I was always informed but never overwhelmed. I feel incredibly fortunate in now having a home in Vancouver that I can now call my own. However, I would be remiss in accrediting this achievement to merely good fortune or luck as Ricardo’s dedication, patience and expertise were, without a doubt, the key contributor. As a first-time home buyer, Vancouver is an intimidating market. It requires someone who is knowledgeable, dedicated and poised that knows how to build trust. That is why I highly recommend Ricardo to anyone who is looking to make that leap.

Ricardo was fantastic. He was patient as we viewed property after property. When we needed immediate action on the weekend, or late at night, he was there, guiding us through paperwork or back and forth in negotiations. We highly recommend him, and would not hesitate to use his services again.
