Our first time selling a house, and we couldn't be less educated on the process, oh, and I failed to mention we live in a different city. For months Riccardo kept an eye on the market and told us to wait for things to pick up, and they did, just as he had predicted. When the time came to put our house up on the market he guided us step by step, including some very valuable advice on what we should and shouldn't worry about in prepping our house for sale.
