We were so pleased to work with Riccardo, first on the purchase of a house, and then on the selling of our own home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about fair market value and led us capably through the entire process. He gave excellent advice on negotiating a fair price. We found him to be very honest and transparent both in his own practices, and those he required of his clients. He was very sensitive to our family needs and concerns, particularly in the showing of our home. We were also extremely impressed with the quality of photos that his photographer produced for our listing. Our house looked fantastic, and it sold very quickly and close to full asking price.
