Richard was my realtor when I purchased my condo back in 2012, I also used his services when I decided to purchase another condo as a rental property. I recently decided to sell both properties with Richard and was pleased with the listing prices he suggested. I thought the listing prices may be high but to my surprise we sold both properties quickly and at near listing price. One condo had 3 offers in 1 day and was sold after 5 days of listing it! Richard knows the market well and also negotiates for your interest in mind. He also works with a great photographer, which is key if you want visits. His suggestions were spot on and I found him to be very patient with my numerous questions and delays of deciding when to sell. I was also grateful that he was able to work with my tenants and organize everything without my presence, since I now live in Montreal. Highly recommended, he is a true pleasure to work with.

I am moving back to Canada with my wife and from my first contact with Richard via email and phone, I found him to be personable, knowledgeable and thorough. We were in Ottawa for only a couple of days and Richard met with us in his office at a moment's notice, providing information and setting up appointments to view homes the next day. We have hired Richard on 3 purchase transactions and 1 sale transaction over the past 16 years. In every transaction we found Richard knowledgeable, helpful, professional and realistic. Like us, Richard is also a real estate investor. As a result he understands the needs of both investors and home owners. In our most recent transaction we sold one of our rental properties through Richard. He brought recent comparable sales for the neighborhood to help us determine an asking price and provided input to explain 2 outliers. One that sold quickly for way over the historical selling price of any other property on that street and one other that was sitting on the market for quite a long time. He was also very helpful with listing and pricing strategies an advise on what work to put in to the house to get it ready for sale without spending too much. He was also helpful in recommending reliable contractors to get some of the work done. In the end we sold the house in 4 days after listing for over asking. We intend to hire Richard for future transactions and would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy or sell for your principle residence or investment properties.

Richard was a fantastic agent. He worked tirelessly to ensure we had many potential buyers touring our home. He handled the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home professionally and accurately. We would use home again in a heartbeat.
