<p>This is the second real estate transaction that Richard has assisted us with. He has also helped family with their Real Estate transactions. Richard knows the real estate market and went out of his way to show us multiple properties and at our request, return multiple times to the same property! He walked us through every step of the process of buying and selling, keeping us updated on where the transactions were at and our next steps we needed to take. There was never any pressure while dealing with Richard. I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent!</p>
