<p>We began shopping for houses from across the country and of all the Realtors we reached out to, Richard got back to us promptly and professionally with straight answers and quick listings. With his help we managed to get ourselves into our dream house at below budget in a very timely manner.<br /> Asked just enough questions to be social without being intrusive and handled our entire gypsy family (and dog) quite admirably. Would definitely recommend this guy and I hope to work with him again!</p>

<p>This is the second real estate transaction that Richard has assisted us with. He has also helped family with their Real Estate transactions. Richard knows the real estate market and went out of his way to show us multiple properties and at our request, return multiple times to the same property! He walked us through every step of the process of buying and selling, keeping us updated on where the transactions were at and our next steps we needed to take. There was never any pressure while dealing with Richard. I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent!</p>
