We live on the mainland and found April Spackman's information after searching online and reading reviews. She did not disappoint! She was so helpful, and viewed homes on our behalf and sent us videos on what she saw. When she viewed the home we ended up purchasing, we quickly put in an offer and she worked hard and late into the night to get everything submitted. She arranged inspection and coordinated our viewings as my husband and I had to arrive in Victoria on different days. She guided us on negotiations and was extremely responsive in her communications. We highly recommend April and wouldn't hesitate to use her again!

We moved from another province, and Valencia from the Neal Estate Group was extremely helpful throughout our journey. I was very impressed with her understanding of professional conduct and ethics that she works by in the course the selling process. She dealt with responses to prospective buyers quickly by checking back with me or the Strata Management Company thereby always getting the information back to the potential buyer. Was always responsive and willing to listen then carry out my requests while at the same time offering suggestions and advice for my consideration. I never felt I was not listened to. I was able to give full trust and faith that she would deliver a sale and that she did. Lynnell has a sharp eye for detail and did offer staging suggestions and best of all she arranged for videos, photos and fabulous presentations of my home. I even kept a brochure for a souvenir as they were very professionally done and a nice keepsake for me.
