Moving is a very stressful and time consuming event. Adrian and Denyse are very professional. Their presentation was excellent and their market value was priced properly. Leah was exceptional during this whole process, keeping us currently informed and answering all of our many questions. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Road 2 Real Estate has been wonderful to work with. My partner and I had been looking to buy a rural property for over 6 months, and Adrian was right there with us sending listings frequently. I've been fortunate enough to get to know Adrian personally as well as do numerous deals with him over the past 5 years. He is patient, detail-oriented and so easy to work with, both as a client and a colleague. He's also to the honest and to the point, and he's definitely thinking in terms of relationships as opposed to transactions… which is something that is occasionally lacking in our industry. My wife and I were shopping for a new home this past summer and I obviously thought of Adrian to help us find a home that suited our needs. We had some very specific needs, in terms of location and the home itself. Adrian confidently guided us through not only finding the home but also helping us to negotiate a price that was better than the listed price, but not so low that it put the deal in jeopardy. We were actually in Toronto while the condition date neared its completion, but he was so flexible with his schedule and was very accommodating to our communication needs. I, like all of us, I would imagine, have used a variety of realtors over the years with varying degrees of success… I can happily say that Adrian was super communicative, client-focused, and so easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Adrian, for all of your buying and selling needs. I cannot say enough good things about this guy both personally and professionally.
