We had interviewed about 7-8 agents before Ruby. In hindsight I really wish we had interviewed Ruby first because we would have saved so much of our time. She is one the best agents you can find out there, especially in a very tricky market that we bought and sold. She gave us the best advice throughout the process and guided us at each step. She really gives her 100% for her clients and is worth every penny she charges and more. Her negotiation skills are exemplary and should be taught in schools. I am so glad we found a realtor for life.

Ruby is the best real estate agent you can get. I have been working with her for 10 years. I had previous realtors, but once I came to her, I haven't changed it. She sold my house, and bought me a couple of other houses as well. She has always fulfillled our expectations and requirments over the top. Until we get the key, she takes all the responsibilties on her shoulders, and takes care of it as her own. We don't have to contact the lawyer or the mortagage agent, she takes care of it herself. She has always answered my call, in the 10 years I have worked with her. When you talk with her, you'll become combortable with her. Even after the closing, if you have any questions, she will always help, and give advice. On top of that, she has an amazing skill in negotiating with other agents, and she has a very strong personality as well, not fearing anything. I'm so happy to have Ruby as my real estate agent.
