Ruby helped us sell our first house in 2013. Within two days of it being on the market, it was sold with an awesome deal. After the sale, she also made sure we were secured with our new home. We contacted Ruby again last September to discuss the sale of our current home. She gave us her professional advice with no hesitation, set a meeting date with us then set a date for the staging and photography to begin. Her staging team and photographer were A+. Our house went on the market in the afternoon of 02/10/2022 and was sold on 02/12/2022 over the asking prices and an amazing deal. Her passion for her work and clients is outstanding. When we decided that we were going to sell our house we were under a lot of stress, due to sudden market changes and the thought of dealing with high-pressure real estate agents. We had planned on interviewing at least 10 agents before deciding on one. We called Ruby first as she knew our area well. The interview turned into a real and honest conversation. She didn’t tell us what we wanted to hear to secure the listing, instead, she had laid out a plan for us and told us to call her when we were ready. There was never any pressure on us to list the house with her. This saved us from calling 10 other agents and wasting everyone’s time. We called her shortly after and got the ball rolling. Ruby provided a cleaning service, storage locker, and top-of-the-line staging for us. We sold our house within 4 days of listing and got much more than what we expected for it. We know everyone says “sold over asking” but in our case we literally, sold over our expectations. During the entire process, Ruby kept our whole family involved including our 2 teenage sons and regularly checked in on all of us to make sure we were happy with the progress. After this experience, we can say that we have an agent for life including a future agent for our children.
