Ryan was an absolutely stellar realtor to have working for me during a complex real estate deal. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that is searching for a realtor to work with. He acted as a strong driving force and an advocate for my best interests throughout, while providing a patient, steadying presence in the deal. He was hard-working, honest, reliable, and informative, and I was confident I was being incredibly well represented. He was always readily available, and communicated very clearly and efficiently at all times during the process. Any questions I posed he answered thoroughly, backed by both in-depth experience and referencing contacted relevant experts, contacts or documentation for accuracy and peace of mind. Any incoming contact was immediately passed my way along with expert opinions and recommendations. As someone who requires a lot of information to feel confident in a situation, I asked a lot (like, a lot) of questions. I definitely put Ryan to work for me, asking him to gather information for me in regards to the property, the building, the neighborhood, the rules and bylaws, and just about everything under the sun. Ryan answered them all, doing so quickly, thoroughly, while being positive and detail-oriented the whole time. I was confident he was giving me all the information I could want, in every inquiry. He also provided excellent referrals and recommendations to other professionals that also thrived and worked hard for my interests. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Ryan as a realtor. I would use him in any future real estate deals, and can confidently say I feel like he worked hard for me, and served me incredibly well.

From our initial meeting to the walkthrough to the offer negotiation to completion, Ryan was kind, understanding and professional. Ryan has a bright, positive attitude one would expect from an elite athlete and, if our experience is any indication, he has translated his dedication and work ethic into performing for his clients. He helped us prioritize what repairs to make and helped keep our anxiety down as the list date approached. Once we listed, he took the reins and negotiated a great offer for us. Meanwhile, his marketing team prepared great photos and nice hard-copy brochures. At offer review time, he walked us through the contracts so that we could make the best decision while understanding what the implications were. For context, our house went on the market a few days after the one across the street. Ours closes in a week. The other remains unsold.

Ryan did a phenomenal job selling my home. He was professional, unbelievably kind, reliable, and well organized. I really appreciated that he was very realistic about what to fix and what to let be. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and he sold the house for over asking. I sincerely don't think there is a better realtor out there.

Ryan recently helped my family with an estate sale. We were not in a hurry to sell the house and I never felt pressure to reduce the price for a quick sale in a quiet market. He would make suggestions on price reductions to capture new buyers with a lower price point but always made me feel like it was my decision and was very patient with me and my family. Ryan was always quick to return a call with my many questions. He kept me updated with the showings and the level of interest of each potential buyer. I will most certainly use Ryan again in the future, and strongly recommended him to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is a genuine nice guy that brings a calming presence to a stressful time. We originally had our land on with another realtor, and were made to feel that our sale was a low priority for them. When we switched to being with Ryan the difference was incredible. Everything he did was polished and professional; we were kept up to date with the sale progress with bi-weekly reports and regular Zoom calls, which was essential as we live overseas. Ryan was always available to discuss our concerns and advise on next steps. We had to change our minds over the sale a couple of times, due to personal reasons, and Ryan was understanding, compassionate and adaptable. He made what could have been a very difficult transaction, at the end, extremely smooth and stress free, going out of his way to help me. If you want someone who is genuinely interested in selling your property, and you enjoy working with someone who always has time for you, does his research, knows the market and is passionate about what he does, then Ryan's your man.
