Ryan recently helped my family with an estate sale. We were not in a hurry to sell the house and I never felt pressure to reduce the price for a quick sale in a quiet market. He would make suggestions on price reductions to capture new buyers with a lower price point but always made me feel like it was my decision and was very patient with me and my family. Ryan was always quick to return a call with my many questions. He kept me updated with the showings and the level of interest of each potential buyer. I will most certainly use Ryan again in the future, and strongly recommended him to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is a genuine nice guy that brings a calming presence to a stressful time. We originally had our land on with another realtor, and were made to feel that our sale was a low priority for them. When we switched to being with Ryan the difference was incredible. Everything he did was polished and professional; we were kept up to date with the sale progress with bi-weekly reports and regular Zoom calls, which was essential as we live overseas. Ryan was always available to discuss our concerns and advise on next steps. We had to change our minds over the sale a couple of times, due to personal reasons, and Ryan was understanding, compassionate and adaptable. He made what could have been a very difficult transaction, at the end, extremely smooth and stress free, going out of his way to help me. If you want someone who is genuinely interested in selling your property, and you enjoy working with someone who always has time for you, does his research, knows the market and is passionate about what he does, then Ryan's your man.
