I had arranged some time ago, to have Ryan as a guest speaker at a Parkinson's Support meeting. I was very impressed by his attitude, knowledge and his experience. My daughter had been given notice to vacate her rental unit by her land lord who required the unit for a family member. Rental space is at a premium so my daughter (and me), this would be good time to purchase rather than rent As real estate prices are so high, I offered to help her financially. A town house was found; an offer was made & accepted. The rest is history. My daughter really appreciated Ryan's as he was not pushy and so willing to get all of the requested information.

Ryan recently helped us sell a property in Victoria and from beginning to end the experience was simply excellent. I knew Ryan as an Olympic swimmer, but I can tell you as a Realtor he is just as high performing. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ryan was exactly who we needed when we called asking if he could help us buy a home in Victoria. Our purchase and offer had to be tight and quick, as we were under a time crunch. Ryan was willing to act FAST with us and did so with a calm competence. He jumped on board with our “let’s make this happen” approach, was easy to speak/work with and was extremely knowledgeable through all steps of the process. We are so happy we called him! Will be calling Ryan again for the next purchase or sale.
