Ryan was very knowledgeable and well informed on the real estate market, the various neighbourhood and the architecture and construction of homes. It was extremely useful to get his independent guidance when viewing and considering properties. But he was even more valuable when in came to securing the property we wanted, getting everything checked out thoroughly within a short timeframe and negotiating with the vendor for required works. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking to buy in Victoria.
