I should have written this review months ago, but as they say, late is always better than never! My partners and I were referred to Saeed by a close friend to assist with a pre-sale property that we were nearing closing on. Despite Saeed's best efforts to facilitate an assignment and later a sale, the market conditions at the time were quite challenging. We then asked him to help us find a tenant, and he did not disappoint us. Saeed, with the support of his wife Maryam, diligently examined multiple candidates. His tireless efforts in investigating and screening applicants ensured that only those meeting our very strict criteria were considered. Throughout the entire process, Saeed demonstrated professionalism and expertise, carefully safeguarding the rights and interests of both parties. His dedication extended far beyond typical expectations for a real estate agent, continuously providing valuable advice even after the rental process was completed. Without hesitation, I would turn to Saeed for any future real estate needs in the area he exercises. His commitment and integrity are truly commendable.

If I could give Saeed more than 5 stars I would give him 5 more!!! This was the second time we worked with Saeed to find us residential properties. Given our first excellent experience with him in 2023, we had no qualms in reaching out to him again for help. Saeed is a great communicator, reliable, accountable and hard working. You are in great hands with Saeed. He also helped us get a really good deal on both our properties.

As an elderly individuals, I expect someone to provide service in timely manner and be patient with me, excellent efficient service and precise in details, client advocate, enjoyed the service and will refer.
