<p>Alex and his assistant, Tanya, were very nice to work with. Always punctual, always professional. They both are very hard working and have a lot of integrity, in my opinion. He warned me off a few properties that he knew were dogs, and never pushed or insisted that I move in a certain direction.</p> <p>We were long-distance buyers, which complicated things quite a bit. Alex had to work harder for us than for some of his clients, I'm sure, but he never let that stop him from doing a good job. Alex also has referred contractors to us that may be able to help us with a few changes to the property. He helped me screen properties that I was unable to view, except on the computer, and when we came to town to look at some properties, he even showed up to meet us in person on the day his new daughter was born! My partner and I have much respect for him as person and as a professional.</p>

Christie always had her research up to date and if there was a question she didn't know, she researched it in a timely manner. They helped us price our property appropriately and we ended up with a quick sale and almost full asking price. When the buyer tried to roll back the price after the home inspection Lisa and Gord had our backs and got the deal done to everyone's satisfaction.</p>
