<p>I originally contactedJoanne the summer of 2015. Since that time Joanne kept in contact with me on a regular basis. When I was ready to start viewing properties, Joanne showed me a variety of options until I found the one for me. She walked me through the process. I would highly recommend Joanne.</p>

<p>Alex was very prompt and responsive. He gave us a true evaluation of what we could expect when we listed the house. He even fixed an interior door that was stuck and looked at a small leak under the kitchen sink so we didn't need to call a plumber.<br /> What I liked the most is how quickly he would get back to us and kept us in the loop with all potential buyers.</p>

<p>I sold for far less than my original asking price. I was informed the market had dropped off in the last year a couple of months after listing. I listed for $139,000 understanding the last 1 bedroom sold for $135,000. I sold for $121,000. However, the property sold for more than I bought it for, and after fees I made a small profit. I am disappointed I did not get more. I feel it was well advertised. Maybe that was all the market would bear. Chris Santos worked at getting me the best deal she could.</p>

<p>We sold our home in less than 2 weeks. Mike King was fantastic. We got the hosue sold for the price we wanted. He was prompt in responding to questions. He was friendly, curteous, and all around a great person to work with. The marketing the Salt Fowler team has is in incrediable. Mike also got us a great purchase price on the home we purchased. Working with this team has been nothing but a great expereince for me and my family. They know their stuff! I would highly recommend Mike King and the whole Salt Fowler Team!</p>
