I rented a four bedroom townhouse over a two year period from Sam Li and it was the best rental experience I have ever had. From the condition of the townhouse when we got the keys, to the detailed inspection to the final exit walk through was very professional and easy. We had Vivian Chen as our account manager and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always very prompt to respond to anything we needed during our tenancy and really made the property feel like our own.
