Absolutely outstanding service from Sandra. Not only did I find a perfect new home for us but Sandra has assisted me in getting to know a new area. Words cannot express my appreciation for her direction and the comfort Sandra has given me. If ever I have the opportunity to work with her again I certainly will. Sandra has an excellent acumen in customer needs and a most professional and warm personality.

For someone who live out of town, Sandra made the transition of selling my father's condominium really easy for me and my family. Sandra is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to dealing with her clients. Her response to email and phone call was amazing. What made the experience enjoyable for me was being able to complete all of the paperwork via email and all of the phone call to keep me up to date on the progress. I was also impressed with how quickly the sale of the condominium was. Her staging experience led to a very quick sale. I would definitely deal with Sandra again.

We purchased our condo and sold our home through Sandra. She was incredible throughout the process. Finding a condo that met all of our wants was a real challenge but Sandra persevered. We then worked with Sandra to sell our home. It was a stressful time as we had already purchased the condo and the market had softened. But Sandra assured us that the asking price was right and “it will sell”. She was so upbeat and reassuring, keeping us fully informed of her marketing strategy and the feedback from potential clients. November is not the ideal time to sell a house but Sandra came through and got us close to asking in time for us to move to our condo. At the end our real estate agent had become a good friend.
