On the buying end, in an extremely fast paced market with multiple-offer bidding wars –we got the house we wanted, at the price we wanted and all because of Sarah’s advice and strategy!</p> <p>Sarah is super smart and talented. Her experience, knowledge and negotiating skills are the keys. When she says she has “finely honed negotiating skills” she means it. My spouse and I both have corporate finance backgrounds so when we saw Sarah in action we truly saw the talent she has. Because we followed her advice, we had 11 offers on our home after one weekend. We were extremely impressed with the way Sarah handled all the multiple offers and got us the best deal! Often real estate transactions can be very stressful. <p>My husband and I have known Sarah for over 20 years. We met Sarah when she was in a different professional field and we have kept in touch since then. Well, I am so glad we did keep in touch because when we decided to put our house on the market, we immediately thought of Sarah. My family experienced some tough times in the past 3 years so when we decided to put the house for sale it was the most difficult and emotional decision in my life. I cannot say enough about Sarah. When we bought our new house, Sarah made all the necessary arrangements for home inspection, septic and well inspection. She took care of it all. She thought of everything. It was a relief for us. Sarah made the selling and buying process less stressful.I will be forever grateful to Sarah.</p>
