<p><br /> We Would like to comment on Sarah Kavoosi’s professionalism in handling the sale of my mother's condo. Sarah was the complete package...very conscientious from beginning to end. I would recommend Sarah very highly.</p>

<p>Sarah was really the best agent I have had in my 12 moves. She was always there when I called her. Her husband Nick also,(with Sarah's suggestion ) helped me with moving things and a few electrical problems. Sarah and her stager Christine did the greatest job with changing of the inside of the house, made me want to stay but as a single senior I have to move on and I thank I had some one like Sarah to help me through all of this. There was also a cleaning lady Jean that Sarah recommended spent the whole day doing a great job for me. Sarah Iam so lucky to have met her and the help that I would recommend her with all her hard work she has done for me.</p>

<p>I have known sarah for over 6 years and in that time she has helped me purchase and sell 2 homes. Sarah is a professional and in every sense of the word, she has been doing this for many years and there would be nobody else I would consider using and would not hesitate even for a second to recommend sarah to anyone, she is honestly a true professional.<br /> P.S. If I may add that both my homes were sold for over asking price!!</p>

<p>Sarah was amazing in the purchase and sale of our new homes. This is the 3rd house purchased that we have worked with Sarah and the 2nd sale. She is extremely professional, hardworking, and always available for her customers. For me and my family there is no other Agent we would ever consider using and I highly recommend anyone buying or selling to call Sarah.</p>

She made good suggestions for upgrades so it would show well and had a great team to help us execute those upgrades. She was responsive, communicated clearly and is one of the hardest working agents we have ever worked with! Thank you Sarah!</p>

<p>Service was EXCEPTIONAL!<br /> After deciding to move out of Toronto, Sarah took the time and helped us narrow our search. She was patient and very accommodating to our schedules. She was also very responsive to our e-mails and always sent us new listings in the area to keep us updated. Once we made a decision to buy, Sarah mastered the negotiations and we ended up getting the house for less than asking! However, her job did not stop there. With the sale of our house still requiring attention, Sarah recommended a colleague and together they helped get our house sold. Sarah has a great sense of style and also provided me some advice on planning the layout of my new kitchen/family room. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a property.</p>
