Thinks of himself more important than he is, he will only look after the side which benefits himself. Adds extra costs without prior agreement, requires details of private accounts which are none of his business. Too big for his own boots, avoid this realtor and choose someone who can be trusted.

Satinder made the selling experience very easy despite market trends and external factors. He helped us renovate small items around our house to increase the appeal & helped with providing recommendations on our next steps. He was very patient and understanding with us and explained the rational behind his decisions and always took the time out to speak with us even for minor questions whenever we had one.

We had the best experience with Satinder. My son desperately needed a place to rent in the Waterdown area. I called Satinder on Sunday, October 8 and by Wednesday, October 12, he closed the deal with a move in date of Saturday, October 15. This process was quick and amazing.
