We recently had the pleasure of working with Scott. As newcomers, we were nervous about finding the perfect home for our family, but Scott put us at ease and guided us through the process with professionalism and ease. Scott took the time to understand our needs and preferences and was always available to communicate with us throughout the search process. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were seeing the best options available in Victoria and pointed out both the positive aspects and potential drawbacks of each property. Scott was very accommodating and helpful, it was my first time listing, he guided me through process. He was knowledgeable about the area and what a good market price to list at. .. He was very patient with me as I had a couple of delays.

We ran into some issues that needed to be fixed a couple days before the closing date of our property. This was not the fault of our real estate agent. Scott helped us put out the fires and smooth things over in a very short time frame and everything worked out fine in the end. I really appreciated the quick replies from Scott and him finding out information for us whenever we asked. We LOVE our new place and we're very happy with our purchase.

We sold two houses with Scott, both proved to be challenging as the market changed very drastically but with Scott’s experience we were able to sell both houses in a very timely manner for a fair price.
