Scott was exactly what people WANT but can't find in an agent. Honest, with integrity, profound knowledge of building practices/codes (as he's a former builder himself) and he's just a genuine all-around good person. After selling we've already referred 2 friends to him. A life-long Vancouver Islander who has lived abroad for several years. IF we weren't moving abroad we would EASILY have chosen him as our buying agent. Sold above asking with no conditions. What more can I say. 10/10 would recommend.

Scott is an easy guy to communicate with. He was very prompt in responding, and very helpful in getting me contacts to complete the sale.

I met Scott at an open house. I appreciated his none pushy approach and his ability to fix things. About a decade later, when I needed a realtor, I chose him. Scott's contacts from his construction background were available to resolve an issue impeding the sale of my house. It seemed miraculous to me that the issue could be resolved so easily!!! He was enjoyable to deal with and none fussed as we sifted through various offers.

Scott is a fabulous agent who did us total justice with our home sale. Would recommend him 100%. 👍 Scott sold our home in Spectacle Lk and even dealt with a few issues we had with our landlord for us. Scott is an awesome realtor.

I have worked with Scott 3 times, both in purchasing and selling properties. On each occasion, he guided me through a very challenging, and sometimes scary, process with patience, empathy and constant attention to detail. He made sure I was comfortable with my decisions, quelling my fears without feeling pressured. An additional bonus was getting above our asking price in the sale of my condo. I found Scott to be a knowledgeable and fair negotiator who was in my corner and exceeded his responsibilities in protecting my interests. You won’t be disappointed in him!
