My family required real-estate services due to health issues of elderly parents. Scott Moe was the only Realtor my parents would consider due to his contact with him over the years. The neighbours confirmed "Scott is your guy if you want to sell in this neighbourhood!". Our experience with Scott and his team was great, my recommendation is if working with elderly clients, provide exclusively in-person service and modify the boilerplate materials to suit their specific needs.
