When I decided to list my home, I picked the “Moe” team simply because they had dropped off note pads for many years. I am very glad i did, I made a great choice. It was a tough market when I listed but Scott and his team just kept working on it until an agreeable deal was signed. Scott and his team, Clint and Lily, know this neighborhood very well and gave good advice. I found them all to be very professional, not just with the sale but with getting me in contact with the right people for the legal side of buying and selling. They had a consultant come in and help me stage my house so it looked like a show home, I didn’t realize that “less was more” so the staging was important. The team created a short video and a very nice pamphlet that really made my place stand out. While it was listed I was always given sufficient notice when a potential buyer wanted to view, I was always treated with patience and respect. I would 100% recommend Scott Moe and his team if you are thinking of listing.

My family required real-estate services due to health issues of elderly parents. Scott Moe was the only Realtor my parents would consider due to his contact with him over the years.
