We highly recommend the Scott Moe team. We hired Scott for the sale of our current house and Toni for the purchase of our new home. Scott sold our place within a week of listing and very close to ask. Toni went above and beyond to get us as many bonuses/upgrades for our new home. Day or night this team responded to our questions. Scott helped us sell our home in a downward trending market. It was very much a buyers market at the time, and he reminded us to be patient - which we did. We held out for a short time and got the price we wanted!
