We can’t imagine anyone else ending up with a better outcome for us than Scott did. When we decided to start looking for a new home and had to choose a realtor, we were fortunate that we had many wonderful realtor friends to choose from. Ultimately, Scott had been quietly earning our business for years, and his support of local small businesses is something we truly value and appreciate. Scott listened to our needs, and never made us feel rushed, while helping us prepare so we’d be ready to act when the right house came along. When we finally found the one, our strategy paid off and our offer was accepted! Then came time to prep and stage our current house, which we’d already got a head start on, thanks to the early staging consultation Scott arranged. In a tricky market, he timed and priced our home strategically, which led to multiple offers and ultimately nearly full asking price - something we weren’t sure was possible at the time! The way Scott handled everything was so professional, we truly valued his experience and expertise, and how he remained calm and confident under pressure. We had no doubt he was on our side and working for the best outcome for us, every step of the way. He has continued to make himself available to us with our questions and minor issues after closing, truly going above and beyond. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We've worked with Scott twice now and both have been a fantastic experience, but somehow the second time was even better than the first. When we first approached him about selling our property, he immediately came in with a clear, strategic plan. He didn’t just list the home and hope for the best; he thoughtfully evaluated the market, recommended smart renovations that would truly add value, and then took the lead in managing those improvements. Having him coordinate the updates removed so much stress from our shoulders and ensured everything was done right. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient with our many questions and always took the time to explain market trends and pricing strategy in a way that made sense. He managed our expectations honestly and professionally, which gave us complete confidence in every decision we made. We always felt informed and never pressured.
