I loved working with Sean and Wayne. It's really cool to see a father and son team working together. Both of them brought experience into the partnership that gave us confidence. Sean brought a home inspector background, which helped us weed out some of the places during showings. He was able to bring out a thermal imaging scanner to show us where there were defects that a layperson could not see. Wayne brought years of realtor experience which helped us find the right home at the right price. Together, they were patient, knowledgeable, and never pressured us into buying. In the end, we were able to find exactly what we wanted, thanks to them.
