What a great experience I had using Sergej Sinicin as my agent in the purchase of my new home!!! To note just a few of the hi-lights in working with Sergej: - I greatly appreciated the correspondence from Sergej’s “Concierge”. This is an individual working with Sergej’s firm that provides detailed (yet simple), step by step instructions and updates for the entire process. This gave me “peace of mind”, as I was always aware of exactly where we were in the process, what was next and what documents and contacts I needed to provide. - Sergej answered all questions directly and professionally, no beating around the bush or forcing me to follow up or dig for answers. - Attention to detail. With his background in building, Sergej was a great resource for questions regarding the homes we looked at. With his expertise, he noted things on the home I might not have seen and was able to professionally answer my questions in terms of changes or minor renovations I was considering. - Proactive in dealing with realtor and sellers on other side of transaction o I didn’t have to ask for things to be done. Sergej was always thinking 2 or 3 steps ahead to make sure everything got done. o As our purchase took placed during the winter, Sergej noticed the driveway and entry were covered in snow a few days prior to completion. Without my asking or even noting the snow, he reached out to the seller’s agent to ensure snow was shoveled off driveway and main entry to facilitate our move int. - In hindsight, I put what was probably unrealistic expectations on Sergej in regards to the max price I wanted to pay on our purchase. Through Sergej’s experience and negotiating expertise, he amazed me by actually getting us that unrealistic price! I’ve dealt with many realtors over the years and Sergej definitely stands out as one of the best! I definitely recommend his services if you are in the market for selling our buying a home!!!
