The process of working with her was very stress free and smooth, she always replied back to us promptly when we had questions, was always very professional and we could always count on her for Honest advice and guidance. Shalon handled negotiations with confidence and honesty that we were getting a good and fair offer. She also provided other services such as home staging and a move out clean which is such a bonus when selling. We had some issues a few days before closing with movers not getting here on time and she was very calm and extremely helpful in rescheduling the cleaners for us. We would absolutely refer Shalon
