Shaun was amazing to work with and helped my partner and me find the perfect acreage in central Alberta. He was extremely knowledgeable about each county we explored and had an impressive eye for detail, always spotting potential issues or risks with every property. His guidance, communication, and availability made the whole experience easy and stress free. I can’t recommend him enough.

Shaun went above and beyond while showing me houses, mobiles, condos for sale even taking my wheelchair in and out of his vehicle for me and being a sounding board uring my time looking for homes, we were able to find the perfect fit. And I believe that's because Shaun cares so much !

Shaun provided a unique service for meus. We purchased a property in Alberta from a province on the east coast. He had to contend with multiple time zone differences and different provincial regulations. We appreciated his knowledgeable support. Shaun handled the location of a real estate lawyer for us in Innisfail which made the whole home purchase very easy. He helped my daughter in selecting a home in their price range, and in a neighborhood they wanted. I am in PEI, three time zones away, and Shaun handled all the time zone issues very well. It has been over 35 years since I last purchased a new home and Shaun made the process seamless. Would recommend him to all.
