We couldn’t have picked a better realtor! Early in our search for a property, Shelly stood out right away for her organization and communication skills. Viewing properties with her was a delight. She pointed out things about the properties that were important to us, as the buyers, and kept great notes that would be helpful in comparing properties even weeks later. She also had contacts for all kinds of things, so when we needed to find quotes for renovations, we had a starting point. She guided us throughout the process with kindness and diligence. She really was a partner in our search for the perfect property within our budget and she didn’t rest until we found it. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, yet very kind and humble. We appreciated having her on our side and felt lucky having her represent us in negotiations. We couldn’t be happier; we found the property we wanted and made a great friend in the process.

Shelly was an incredibly helpful realtor while my family was looking for an older home. In this market, houses are selling very quickly. Shelly was so flexible which allowed us to be one of the first viewers of several homes. C., if we weren’t able to view a property we were interested in she would video it for us and also get any information that we requested, pros and cons.
