Shelley was patient with us as buyers-- we thought we knew what we wanted and ended up changing our search criteria. We were very specific about location of a new home due to boundaries and commute time; she listened to what we wanted and sent us listings based on these conversations. She is a very kind and generous person. She lent us items to help stage our home so that it would sell better. Shelley was a good team member. She acted as a mentor agent to new people interested in real estate, and worked with her team to ensure we had the best and most current information and understood the legalities of the process. I make sure to recommend her to others. She is very approachable-- I met her when I was at an open house of my mum's neighbour-- and was very capable to run the open house and talk to me about roles of realtors and how she could help me. I could contact her at anytime and she was prompt in her response. At a signing meeting at our house she brought over icecream for the kids-- that was a huge hit! I feel like, if Shelley and I had had kids the same age, and we met at a playground, that she would reach out to me and we would become fast friends. I miss her!
