I can’t reiterate how much appreciation I have for this lady Shenita Persaud-Zelloni. She was so kind, held my hand and I was prepared with everything I needed during the entire process, before I needed it. It is worth it to have a Professional Realtor work with you on one of the biggest assets you own. Any question I had got addressed, her positive attitude during a pandemic & my divorce was more like working with a good friend. When the right offer came in, she negotiated but also gave me guidance. Shenita is also extremely organized & professional. She worked endlessly on my unique situation of having tenants occupying the property at the time. She went in & gave them guidance to prepare the property “staging” to reduce clutter & provided extra props so it would appeal to most buyers, had professionals on hand to take measurements, pictures & video for a Virtual Open House on YouTube, asking for features I thought were important to highlight locally including amenities in the area. She coordinated showings with myself & the renters to ensure it was “show-ready” each time, working within the Covid-19 Pandemic Guidelines, down to the last detail of ensuring there was classy hand sanitizer, COVID-19 Questionnaires, & a take-home brochure for potential buyers or interested Realtors. She also had a great working relationship with other realtors, followed up to get feedback & kept me up to date on what was going on in the market. Do I really need to go on...because I could, until there was a “SOLD” sign & following that, we had our first in-person meeting to hand over keys & a physically distanced celebration! Shenita sells in Sherwood Park too!!!

Shenita was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Being a first time home buyer I was worried about the process but Shenita made it easy to understand. She was very open and honest about the process and took the time to explain things throughly, which made it easy to sign on. During the search, she was available and followed up on every demand. She was quick to reach out and make appointments. She kept us in line with our vision of what we wanted in our home. When it was time to put down an offer, Shenita was awesome at negotiating and making sure all items from the home inspection were noted and taken care of. We even did a walk through after the items were taken care of to ensure everything was done properly and that closing would go smoothly. She suggested options for home inspectors and real estate lawyers and was exceptional at staying in touch with them. Honestly, Shenita made this process easy to complete and the best part is that she is so down to earth! I would recommend her without hesitation.
