Shenita represented my brother and I in the sale of our late father’s condo. She was sensitive to our needs during a difficult time, and was highly organized from start to finish. She gave us sound advice and the property sold quickly. She staged everything tastefully, presenting the unit with high quality photos and video. She truly gave us excellent customer service and didn’t miss a beat. We highly recommend her and are eternally grateful for her professionalism and support.

This was our second time using shenita for realtor services, she initially sold us our first home in 2020. It was such a great experience we knew we would hire her again when it came time to sell our current home in June 2025. She was a pleasure to work with. Everything was very streamlined & clear.

If you ask me what makes Shenita stand out from the others? Her commitment to excellence, her work ethics, she's a fierce lady with her heart on her sleeve! I've reached out to Shenita in February of 2022, as I was looking to purchase a home. But life happens, and I had to put that project on hold. I was going through a hard time with my sister's cancer and a divorce. Although we have never met in person, for over 2 years, Shenita check in on me, inquiring about my family and my wellbeing, knowing that I was not close to move forward with my plan to buy that house. I was shocked, to say the least. When life took a positive turn in June 2024, Shenita was the only person I was going to trust to help fulfill my dream to buy the perfect family home.
