I couldn't imagine Shenita being any better. She patiently walked us through what to expect each step of the way. She offered solid advice when it was required. I was out of the province recently and lost a friend. Her young daughter was struggling to manage the extreme responsibilities of the estate alone, and I wasn't able to help her. Having recently sold a house with Shenita during a difficult time, I was thankful for the empathy and asked if she could help my friend's daughter. She immediately went to visit her, advised her about legal and sale issues, and acted as a rock when I couldn't be there. She even had another realtor look out for her when she was on her own vacation. We are very thankful!

Shenita did an excellent job advising on reasonable renovations and honest information about what was going on in the market.
