Buying and selling a home are daunting exercises for most of us because there are big sums involved, and many angles and intricacies that we only encounter a few times in our lives. It was very reassuring to have Sheri alongside us throughout the buying and selling processes. She has a solid handle on the market, communicates promptly and efficiently, interacts well with other agents, and has a great ‘feel’ for the things that will get the deal done. Sheri is a warm and upbeat person, and we always felt better after hearing from her. Among her many strengths is an absolutely key one that she handles diplomatically – she didn’t always tell us what we WANTED to hear but she always told us what we NEEDED to hear.
