Simon and his team were invaluable in the selling of a townhouse we had. The unit needed a little work to make it ready for sale but Simon recommended a contractor who quickly and efficiently painted the unit and made a few repairs to the flooring and the bathroom. Next Simon brought in his Home Stager and his photographer which really showed off the home and ensured all marketing of the home was professional.
