We were selling my Father's home after he moved into an assisted care facility and Simon made it so easy. After viewing the home, Simon recommended a path forward that would allow us to get the best price for the home. He referred us to a renovator and, together with Simon, we decided on the most cost effective upgrades/repairs to the home that would get the house on the market in a timely manner and at the best price. When the repairs were completed, Simon had the house staged which really highlighted the home's features and shortly afterwards the home was sold at the price Simon told us it would get in the market. One final note. After closing, the new home owners were moving in and they discovered some items of my Dad's that were mistakenly left in the basement. Simon's office called me but I was out of town and unable to get the items. Once again, Simon's team quickly handled the issue. Truly, Simon and his team took all the complexity and concern out of selling my Dad's home and made it a very simple and rewarding experience.

My husband and I met Simon by personal referral and if I could provide a higher than five star review I would. He is consistent, detail oriented in his work, for what matters to his clients, and is extremely personable. We always felt he had our best interests at the forefront and with the experience of selling and buying, feel solid about his guidance and process. We feel we gained a friend and valued his professionalism, patience, and knowledge. Even after the purchase if we had questions he and his team were available to help answer them. He made the process enjoyable and he simplified things that saved us time. Thank you Simon if we ever move we will definitely be asking for your superb help again!

Our experience buying our current home was so much better with Simon, than our experience when we bought our previous home with another realtor. Simon took the time to explain how factors like location affected the market value, and did a current market assessment on a property that we were considering purchasing, to ensure that we would not overpay. Simon very patiently showed us many properties and pointed out things that we would have missed (proximity to busy roads, suspect looking renovations, etc) to make sure that we found the right home for us. He took care of many details when we moved in, like having the locks changed and making sure that items that the previous owner left behind got promptly removed. We would highly recommend Simon to anyone considering buying or selling a home!
