<p>My husband and I, our son and daughter-in-law have worked with Simon on five purchase/sales over the past five years and the reason it is five is because we found his professionalism outstanding and he has a genuine interest in us and our goals. He demonstrates market knowledge. He is truthful. He is supported by excellent administrative staff who are a true pleasure to deal with. Also important to us, Simon is genuinely a kind person.</p>

<p>Simon served as our realtor in the sale of our condo and in the purchase of our new home. The sale of the condo was a particularly difficult challenge. His advice and patience allowed us to close the deal and secure a very satisfactory result. Simon works with his team and they do a great job for him. All of our concerns were quickly and correctly dealt with allowing my wife a I great deal of security and peace of mind. We have recommended Simon and his team to our friends with full knowledge that they too would be very pleased with his work.</p>

<p>Simply the best. My home sat on the market for almost six months with another realtor. We went to Simon because he has a proven strategy to sell a home, as opposed to simply propping a sign on your front lawn. We had an offer within a week. The MLS pictures were top notch and he is an empowering partner during the negotiation process. He's with you 100% of the way through the process.</p>

His dedication to my specific needs amazes me each and every time. Simon puts your needs ahead of any sale or commission, he never rushes you and he is the first to point out any concerns he might have with a prospective property or buyer. I would recommend Simon to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Your only disappointment will be that you didn't find him sooner. I only wish i could employ his services in Ontario where I haven't found anyone remotely as good as Simon and his team.</p>
