<p>We have been working with Simon on and off for the past couple of years while we decided if/when we would sell our house. Even before we were "seriously" looking, Simon was outstanding and is exactly what you would expect a professional real estate agent should be. His knowledge of the industry and practices made the buying and selling process much easier than I've experienced in the past with other agents. He also has a team behind him that go the extra mile to assist with any questions we had.</p> <p>10/10 would definitely hire Simon again (although hopefully not for a while!!)</p>

<p>I am not normally a person who writes a review, but considering how diligent Simon Hunt conducted himself as my realtor, I really had to spend a moment sharing with fellow home sellers.</p> <p>Like most sellers, I found myself needing to sell my home in a timely manner without sacrficiing my ability to get the best possible price for my property. Simon took the time to make sure we understood the steps needed to sell quickly AND get a great selling price - a hard task to say the least! Our listing was BY FAR, the most professional listing any of my friends or family had ever seen. The result? Lots of visits and we signed a deal in 2 weeks! Simon ensured that my house was listed at a price that would ensure people were interested in coming for showings and it worked as there were numerous showings (even one the day it was listed) and it sold in under a month. I am very satisfied with everything his team has done from the amazing photography and pamphlets that they made for potential buyers to take, to the communication, to all the help and knowledge they provided to me. I couldn't have asked for a better realty team--- they are the best!</p>

<p>Simon was absolutely amazing, he is one of the most hard working realtors I have ever known, whether it be in the early hours of the morning or late in the evening, he was always available for me to ask questions. Simon provided me with some great advice for selling of my home and had many of his team members get in touch with me to help me sell my home, such as a great stager, photographer and best of all the marketing was the best I had ever seen, his team of fantastic staff from EMILY, JESSIE, JESSICA and SARA always kept me informed about the showings.
